- Account information: Name, email address, phone number, and password when you register.
- Profile information: Professional certifications, specializations, location, bio, profile photo, and availability (for inspection agents).
- Inspection data: Product details, factory/supplier information, inspection reports, photos, measurements, defect documentation, and checklists.
- Payment information: Billing details and payout method information processed through our third-party payment provider (Paddle). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
- Communications: Messages, voice notes, and files exchanged through the in-app messaging system.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
- Usage data: Features used, screens visited, interactions, timestamps, and session duration.
- Location data: Approximate location based on IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location unless you explicitly grant permission for map-based features.
- Crash and performance data: Error logs and performance metrics collected through Sentry for improving app stability.
2.3 Information from Third Parties
- Social sign-in: If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email, and profile identifier from those services. We do not receive your password.
- Firebase: We use Firebase for push notifications and analytics.

- Create and manage your account
- Facilitate connections between buyers and inspection agents

- Between users: Buyer and agent profile information, ratings, reviews, and inspection-related data are shared between the parties involved in an inspection.
- Workspace members: If you belong to a workspace, relevant inspection data may be visible to other workspace members.
- Service providers: We share data with third-party services that help us operate (payment processing, cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting, push notifications).
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental regulation.
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Inspection reports and related data are retained for a reasonable period to support dispute resolution and legal compliance.
When you delete your account, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes or enforcing agreements).
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

- Secure token-based authentication (JWT) with refresh mechanisms
